IHNA now with a new email address

Irish Hill Neighborhood Association is making it easier for you to remember how to send an email to the Board.  You can simply send an email to info@irishhillneighbors.org — very similar to our web site address.

For the time being, we still have the old address, but everything is automatically forwarded to and replied from the new address.  Please begin changing your electronic address books, and be sure to allow info@irishhillneighbors.org to come to your INBOX and not your spam filter.

July is Membership Month

Question: Besides a sandwich from a nationwide deli, what can you get for $5.00?
Answer: A membership to the Irish Hill Neighborhood Association.
That’s right! A membership to IHNA is only $5.00!
Membership dues to the IHNA are used to support park clean-ups, the annual Irish Hill Festival and
distributing the neighborhood quarterly newsletter. Your membership also entitles you to voting
privileges and for the option to be nominated and participate with the IHNA Board of Directors.
Please contact us at irishhill@techemail.com to join – a membership form can be emailed to you.
All paid memberships received by July 31st are eligible to
vote in September on the 2010 – 2011 IHNA Board of Directors.

IRISH HILL NEEDS YOU!
It’s your chance to be involved!!
Nominations to the Irish Hill Neighborhood Association’s Board of Directors are now being taken
through September 11th for the 2010 -2011 Board of Directors.
If you have wondered how you can become involved with the Irish Hill
Neighborhood, vote on the issues that concern the neighborhood and meet
more neighbors – well, consider being a part of the IHNA Board of Directors.
Nominate yourself or a neighbor! The only requirements to serve on the IHNA
Board of Directors include attending 9 of the 12 monthly Board meetings and
be a member in good-standing as of July 31, 2010. It is the most effective way
for you to participate in your neighborhood.
The slate for the Board of Directors will be voted on at our annual September
meeting held during our neighborhood festival. Contact

representative, Tina Ward-Pugh, to our July meeting. This is the neighbors of Irish Hill’s
opportunity to meet and discuss the neighborhood and community issues with her. After
opening remarks from Councilwoman Ward-Pugh, the meeting will be opened for questions.
